Cosmo Asia Group is a supplier of baby products such as soft and hard toys. Clients based in Europe, USA and Australia. The company needed to move away from using Excel files to manage everything from quotations, order and inspection management. The addition of Zoho CRM allows quotations and sales orders to be managed online. Documents can now be generated with ease. In addition, Zoho Creator was used develop an Inspection Management database for the QA process. Also a Development database was created and shared with the factories in China to speed up and manage new product development.
